SHIPPING POLICY
As a small business we offer FREE shipping for all CANADIAN orders over $75. For all orders under $75, a flat-rate fee of $10 will be applied.
For all orders outside of Canada a flat-rate fee of $15 will be applied to your order.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been mailed along with a tracking status.
LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP
For local purchases I offer contact free delivery or pick up.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us and email at madeleineandminou@gmail.com. Currently as a growing small business Madeleine & Minou does not accept returns, all sales are final however exchanges are possible for local purchases
